Is your place nice and clean? What is the decor like?
- A:
The entire house is snow-white, and spotless. The food preparation area is
maintained in immaculate condition.
Q:
What is check-in and check-out time?
- A:
Our check-in time is between 3 to 9 p.m., check-out time is 11 am., or to be
arranged with the host. You may drop off your luggage before check-in time,
or you may keep your luggage with us after check-out time, until you come
back for it later.
Q:
Can we arrive very late at night?
- A:
Yes, you can arrive late if we are so advised at the time of booking, or an
arrangement can be made. Otherwise, it would be very considerate of you to
give us a call if you are behind your schedule.

Is there a curfew?
- A:No,
there is no curfew at any time.
Q:
Do you always have people in your house on duty?
- A:
Yes there is always someone available, Husband operates and active Real
Estate Company and when not in the Home-Office messages are taken by the
message center.

Is your area safe for visitors?
- A:
Our area of
Mississauga
is very safe.
Toronto
in general is a safe city and you should
encounter no problems especially at reasonable times. We have never had a
guest who has encountered any trouble in the last 10 years.
Q:
What is required to book a reservation?
- A:
A one-night deposit has to be received prior to your stay, via certified
cheque, money order, or guaranteed by Visa, MasterCard at the time of
booking. We will need your card number, the name of the card holder, and the
expiry date. If you do not wish to release your credit card number on the
Internet, you may use the phone or fax to confirm your booking. (For group
booking enquires, please contact the host.)

When do I make the total payment or pay the remaining balance?
- A:
Upon arrival. Or arrangements can be made with the host. Try to avoid busy
breakfast time or check-out time, since you may have to wait in line.
Q:
Are your rates quoted in Canadian dollars or in U.S. dollars?
- A:
All rates are quoted in Canadian dollars.
U.S.
rates are based on a 36% exchange rate.
Actual rates may differ upon check-in, depending on the current rates posted
by the bank. We prefer that you exchange your money to Canadian currency
before arrival.

Are there taxes on top of the room rates?
- A:
Yes. GST is applicable.

Do you offer a discount for Seniors?
- A:
Yes. We have a special rate for Seniors 65 and over..
Q:Do
you offer a discount for a longer stays or off season?
- A:
Yes. We are happy to offer a discount to our guests for longer stays and off
season stays. A 10% discount is given to those guests who register during
the off season period, that is, November through April (not including the
Christmas holiday period). Discounts on longer stays will depend on time of
year, number of people in the party, and rooms booked. We are happy to
discuss this with you when you make your enquires.

What is your cancellation policy?

What do you serve for breakfast?
- A:
We serve ham and eggs or bacon and eggs, pancakes and sausages, French
toast, bagels, croissants or home-baked muffins, and cereals. Complimentary
coffee, tea, juice, milk, and cold drinks are available all day, as are
fresh fruits.

When is breakfast served?
- A:
Between 8 am. to
10 am.

Is there a phone in the room?
- A:
No, but there is a phone in the house. Someone is always there to call you
to the phone or take the message while you are out.

Are there laundry facilities? Are they free?
- A:
Yes, you are welcome to use our free laundry facilities, in the afternoon.
Q:
Is there a kitchen for the guests to cook meals?
- A:
No, but you are welcome to use our kitchen to make tea, coffee and light
snacks.
Q:
Is there access to a computer and the Internet?
- A:
Yes. We can give you access to both a Computer and the internet on one of
our computers for small assignments
